Our pregnancy nutrition online courses will help you understand how to stay healthy and happy during the three trimesters of your pregnancy and the three months after your baby is born, known as the fourth trimester.

Each individual trimester course will include a foundation course that gives you an overview of nutrition as a whole, as well as specific guidance to help both you and your baby stay healthy before and after they’re born.

The online courses include:
