Following my consultation with Sarah I have lost 1 and 1/2 stone. And dropped from a 14 to a 12 dress size. It took much less time than I thought possible. Something I have not been for a long time. Thank you for your help without which I know I would not have succeeded.
I struggled with crippling abdominal pains and issues for many years, my GP wasn't very helpful or supportive. After finally having a colonoscopy and endoscopy it was found I have a hitatial hernia and assumed IBS. I booked myself to speak to Sarah for advice on managing my diet. I had found that removing gluten from my diet made a huge difference to my pain but I was still experiencing flare ups. Sarah showed me how to live a completely gluten free life and avoid contamination. After discussing my IBS symptoms, she realised it was very unlikely that I was suffering from IBS and sent me back to my GP for more investigation, she even wrote a letter to my surgery to support me! 2 years later and I never got my gastrointestinal referral. But I did get my gynecology referral and have now recieved a diagnosis of endometriosis.
I was so ready to give up on getting the answers to my pains and accept the IBS diagnosis even though I knew it wasn't right. I'm so thankful to Sarah for really listening to me, encouraging me to find the right answers and supporting me in changing my diet correctly to suit my needs. My life has changed for the better because of her help.

Sarah’s knowledge was second to none, and she shared this through a range of teaching styles to meet everyone’s needs. Seeing the portion sizes of rice and other foods was a real wake up call as to how easy it is to overeat!
